To recognise and applaud the commitment of its long-serving employees, the Beefmaster Group recently hosted an event outside Kimberley.
“We are proud to celebrate the loyalty and dedication of our long-serving team members,” said Cindy Nkgoeng, HR manager at Beefmaster Group, Kimberley’s largest private employer.
In total, 49 long-serving employees were honoured.
Three employees – Samuel Sebeko, Moses Dire, and Michael Gaonewe – celebrated 30 years of service. One was recognised for 25 years of service, five for 20 years, nine for 15 years, and 31 for ten years of service.
Staff received framed certificates and accolades. The success of employees who had completed their learnerships in General Management NQF Level 4 (14 employees) and NQF Level 5 (three employees) was also celebrated.
Company executives from Christiana and Kimberley attended the event, including Gert Blignaut (CEO), Roelie van Reenen (supply chain executive), André Bergh (general manager of Feedlot and Farms) and Tshwaro Ntaolang (operations manager).
