Kimberley Technical High School (THS) proudly flew the Northern Cape flag high at the national Albert Luthuli Oral History Competition held in the Eastern Cape from 20 to 24 August. Principal Micheal Ludick was awarded a first place in the Educator Young Historian Category, and was applauded for his leadership and hard work he invests in his learners. Onalenna Mafora (Gr.11) was awarded a first place in the G20 Category. She was the only learner invited to present her speech in front of the deputy minister of Education and the national audience. Kgosi Sethlogelo (Gr.10) received a second place in the Young Historian Category, proving the rising excellence of THS’s learners.
