The Mining and Technical Exhibitions (MTE) will host its popular high-impact mining and industrial expos focussed on iron ore and manganese in the Northern Cape in the second week of July.

In Hotazel, the exhibition takes place on 9 July from 13:00 to 17:00 at the Hotazel Recreation Club, while it can be visited on 11 July from 13:00 to 17:00 at the Kathu High School.

Exhibitors will meet key personnel from surrounding operations to showcase innovations for current industry challenges, while entrance is free for visitors.

Suppliers will network and demonstrate the latest technology in several areas, among others: pump imports and distribution; railway automation and signalling; PPE, mining and lifting equipment; imports, wholesale forklift, mining, industrial, tractor, port, and solid tyres; conveyor belt cleaners and automation; apron feeders, gyro spheres, and jaw crushers; vehicle management; electrical engineering supplies and services; compressors’ spare parts and maintenance; industrial heat-transfer products; testing, inspection and certification; fire extinguishers and fire alarm systems; mining, smelter, mineral processing contractors, furnace and industrial services;

fleet and fuel management, monitoring solutions; and predictive maintenance and condition monitoring software.
