Although the summer holiday is just weeks away, it is important to still focus on the exams.

“Year-end fatigue includes low energy levels, a feeling of being unable to keep up, a lack of motivation, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, and low levels of concentration while feeling anxious,” says Dr Rufaro Mavunga, of The Independent Institute of Education. She gives this advice:

  • Take time off to regain your focus.
  • Revisit your study timetable; manage your time.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Get help if you need it.
  • Keep your eye on the goal and finish strong.
