The Northern Cape Department of Health requests the assistance of the public in locating a patient.
Petrus de Bruin, aged 54, went missing from the Northern Cape Mental Health Hospital in Kimberley on Sunday, 30 June around 03:40, said Lulu Mxekezo, spokesperson.
De Bruin was wearing a navy-blue hospital gown and a green jersey.
Anyone who might have any information or seen this patient can call the hospital’s CEO on 071-323-6781, the social worker on 078-290-0322 or the operational manager on 082-658-0467 as soon as possible.
